Payment Security

Christelle Chamberland uses a secure payment system to process all payments, meaning that your payment information (credit/debit card details) are not accessible to Christelle Chamberland or anyone else other than the secure payment system, at any time.

Prices

Prices indicated on www.christellechamberland.com are inclusive of any VAT payable and are in GBP £ Sterling only, no other currency will be accepted.

Prices do not include delivery, which will be added at checkout (if applicable).

Prices are the ones quoted on www.christellechamberland.com at the time of purchase when you confirm your order. We will not be liable for any technical problems that may occur. 

Exchanges and Returns

Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase through our website and you wish to return it to us, ship any unused and unopened item to Christelle Chamberland within 14 days of the date you received it, with a proof of purchase and we will refund your money. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Your item must be unused and unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged and want a replacement, please email us at c@christellechamberland.com with evidence of the default or damage, and we will arrange a replacement for you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the approval or rejection of your refund and if approved, when your refund will be processed. In case of dispute, we will contact you.

All purchases will be refunded through the payment method used to pay for the original purchase.

If you have not received your refund within 7 business working days, please first check your bank account or credit card account. In the case you still have not received your refund, please email us at c@christellechamberland.com.

For any refund or exchange, proof of purchase is necessary.
